Community One is seeking a detail-oriented, mission-driven Development Coordinator to support our fundraising efforts through strong systems, event leadership, and thoughtful donor engagement. This full-time role works closely with leadership to steward donor data in Salesforce, coordinate key events, and ensure donors are cared for with excellence. The position offers a salary range of $40,000–$45,000 and includes eligibility for a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan and an elective group medical plan.
